“Not the best tour. Started late, then a double decker bus took us to Florence. It was a fair walk into the city and the walking tour group, which started with about 10 people, ended up with about 30, so it was at a snails pace that we walked around. After getting back into the bus, we arrived in Pisa where we had to literally run to get to the tower before our tickets expired, then a quick dash back to the bus. We did, however, get dropped straight back to our ship with about 20 minutes to spare.”
