“Not the best tour. Started late, then a double decker bus took us to Florence. It was a fair walk into the city and the walking tour group, which started with about 10 people, ended up with about 30, so it was at a snails pace that we walked around. After getting back into the bus, we arrived in Pisa where we had to literally run to get to the tower before our tickets expired, then a quick dash back to the bus. We did, however, get dropped straight back to our ship with about 20 minutes to spare.”

“This was a great tour and Stephanie was amazing!!! She was very knowledgeable and super funny! She made our entire trip a blast. Helpful tip to whoever books this tour next: The directions to get to the bus from the pier are little unclear. They should have a shuttle for you at the beginning and you will not need a city shuttle or taxi (we got a taxi because we were confused and rushing). The driver will have a sign whatever the “code word” is for the tour and take you to the main bus where Stephanie will be waiting.”

“Easily found the meeting place and guides. Left a little late because we were waiting on other late arrivals but the ride to Pisa was quick on a comfortable bus. Pin the location of the bus drop off on your phone to easily find your way back after visiting the tower. Wallk was not bad and lots of shops on the way. Got a free timed ticket to the cathedral as soon as we got there. The time timed ticket was too late to use and still make the bus.
