“I thought it was well organized, all the instructions were clear. Was met by a lovely staff (city tours) for checkin at 7am. The tour guide was lovely & the driver did a good job. The 2 villages visited (Monorola & Monterosa) were spectacular & evening in Pisa admiring the leaning tower was nothing short of magical. I also met some really nice people on this tour, which is always a bonus.
